Please review the information below before placing your order.
Reservation Deposit
Orders are secured through a reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit is fully refundable for up to 5 working days after the order is placed.
Within this 5 working day period, customers must:
- Provide all requested order information, including delivery details and gaming surface selection.
- Pay the remaining balance of the order once invoiced.
If a customer wishes to cancel their order, a refund request must be submitted within this 5 working day period.
After 5 working days, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.
Please note: A table is not considered fully reserved until the remaining balance has been paid. Dragons & Geeks reserves the right to release inventory back into available stock if the remaining balance is not paid within the required timeframe.
Product Included
Each table includes:
- Gaming table
- Integrated gaming vault
- Accessory rail system
- Dining top leaves
Accessories are sold separately unless otherwise stated.
Gaming Surface Selection
Customers will be contacted after placing their order to confirm their gaming surface preference.
If the selected gaming surface color is unavailable, we will work with the customer to choose an alternative available color before production or shipment.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the advertised table price for eligible delivery locations.
Additional charges may apply for remote or excluded locations where specified.
Transit Damage & Product Issues
All tables are inspected prior to shipment.
If any item arrives damaged during transit or if any manufacturing defect is identified, Dragons & Geeks will provide replacement parts or other appropriate remedies at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers should report transit damage or missing components within 48 hours of reiceiving the table and provide photographs where requested.
Returns
Returns are accepted subject to the conditions below.
- The table must be in new and unused condition.
- The table must not have been installed or assembled.
- All original packaging must be retained and used for the return shipment.
- A video and/or photographs of the table and its packaging must be provided if requested by Dragons & Geeks before the return is shipped, so that the condition of the product can be verified.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may either be paid directly by the customer or deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Deductions
We reserve the right to make necessary deductions from any refund where:
- The table has been assembled or installed.
- The product has been damaged after delivery.
- Components or accessories are missing.
- The original packaging has been damaged or is missing.
- A requested video and/or photographic record has not been provided prior to the return.
- New packaging or repacking is required before the item can be transported safely.
- The returned product is not in its original condition.
Any deductions will be based on the actual costs incurred and/or any loss in resale value resulting from the condition of the returned product.
